Unlike many proposals, my priorities will not take any money from existing State revenues. Instead, my plan relies on modernizing two existing tax rates that have not kept pace with reality.

Too many hardworking, lower income, Oregonians are falling behind economically. Groceries, utilities, rent, childcare - all cost more. Helping these fellow Oregonians is my number one priority.
